Description

The monument is an unenclosed platform settlement of the Bronze Age, some 3000 years old, comprising the remains of at least three platforms - the stances of round houses. The platforms measure up to 8m across. A modern sheep stell probably masks a further platform. The area to be scheduled measures 105m in diameter, to include the scoops and an area around in which traces of activities associated with their use will survive.
