Holmbush Mine: Windsor Lane rotative engine house with adjacent boiler house, loadings and platform

A Scheduled Monument in Stokeclimsland, Cornwall

Holmbush Mine Engine House

Uploader's Comments

Holmbush Mine Enginehouse from the South East. Unfortunately the dreadful state of disrepair this fine Enginehouse has been allowed to fall into hides the features which make them so iconic. I understand the Duchy of Cornwall, who own the site, refused access when remedial work was carried out to the associated buildings in the West of the Holmbush Mine set; situated around Hitchen's Shaft, West of Stoke Road, Kelly Bray.
