This photo shows three sections: in the foreground is the minor road below Cefn-pâl; in the middle distance is a green lane section which passes Little Hall; in the far distance is the A483 trunk road to Llandovery which is certainly Roman. The nearest section is probably pre-Roman, associated with the iron-age settlements to the north and west of Cefn-pâl.
