Description

James Milne. 1824. 3-storey and basement, ground floor as

shops. 5-window front to Dean Terrace, channelled ground

floor with windows in recesses, architraved windows with

cornices at 1st floor, main cornice 2nd floor level; plain

5-window front to Deanhaugh Street, original shop fronts.
