Description

A cairn measuring 6m in diameter edged with a kerb of stones. Two

hut circles: the northernmost is a platform measuring 7m N-S by 9m

E-W, with a front revetment 1.1m high; the second is a platform of similar dimensions with an entrance on the east. The field system associated with the house platforms is best preserved to the NW and consists of some well defined linear banks and clearance cairns. The area to be preserved measures 170m E-W by 160m N-S to include the features described above and an area around them in which traces of activities associated with their use will survive, as depicted in red

on the attached map.
