This view of Skivick Crag taken in early October 2013 from Hunt House Crag on the opposite side of Wheeldale Beck shows the setting that the Cairn is in. The yellow line in the photo denotes approximately where the cairn is located .
Also the Roman Road in this area, though not visible in the image is located just above the cairn and runs across the length of Skivick Crag
