Description

Early 19th century. Single storey 3-bay cottage, set on

slope, with basement, raised at front, and attic. Painted

rubble and margins. South elevation: steps, with twisted iron

balusters, spanning basement area, lead to round-headed

doorway with cavetto reveals, panelled door with fanlight.

12-pane sashes to outer bays and to basement. Central modern

flat-roofed tripartite dormer. Straight skews; corniced end

stacks; slate roof. Basement door in west gable; 3 windows to

north wall.
